Sharad Chandra Tolambia brings over 35 years of rich experience in the education industry. He began his journey with a deep-rooted passion for learning, starting his career from selling educational book, which gave him grassroots insights into the needs of schools, teachers, and learners. He later went on to co-manage a K–12 school, gaining valuable experience in academic leadership and institution building.

For the past 14 years, he has been successfully running a preschool, focusing on nurturing early childhood development with a blend of traditional values and modern methodologies. His deep understanding of the education ecosystem and hands-on operational experience play a vital role in guiding Explora Kids’ vision, curriculum innovation, and quality assurance.
