Shashi Prabha Tolambia has been a pillar of strength and expertise in the foundation and growth of Explora’s early education journey. As the wife and long-time business partner of Sharad Chandra Tolambia, she has actively supported and co-managed multiple ventures in the education sector.

With over 14 years of hands-on experience in preschool operations, she currently oversees the day-to-day management of the preschool and plays a pivotal role in curriculum design, teacher training, and classroom implementation. Her deep understanding of child psychology, academic planning, and experiential learning ensures that every child at Explora receives a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
